APF's mission is to bring mental health and wellness services to historically underrepresented communities by training a network of diverse therapists, treating individuals and families in underserved, racially diverse communities, working with schools and organizations in underfunded communities, and providing scholarships for underrepresented post-doctoral, college, and high school students. APF’s vision is to create a future where equitable access to proven, successful mental health services and training is a reality for all communities.
