NAMI Westchester, Inc. is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). We are a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for all individuals and families whose lives are affected by mental illness and co-occurring disorders. NAMI Westchester advocates for access to services, treatment, support and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community of hope for all those in need. We offer the kind of understanding and care that only those who have “lived experience” can provide. NAMI Westchester supports, educates and advocates for people who are living with mental health diagnoses as well as family members and friends of people living with such diagnoses, offering programs and initiatives to serve the community including a helpline, educational programs, support groups and advocacy efforts, to name a few.
